Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique labels and protective seals are still attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
